Summer & Life Essentials

Hello again.

Today I am double posting. I have been noticing some improved hair and skin these days and I felt like maybe I would share what I've been using - just incase you are a product junky like me. I think one of the biggest changes is I have been using a lot of all natural / organic products on my face. And I have been eating a lot more organically when I can. And less meat. Who knew?! :)

I love, love, love this face wash. I have no idea what kind of skin I have... my skin seems to react well with some things and not with others. But, since using this product I have actually seen a difference in my skin. And it smells amazing.

* Made with coconut milk, an ingredient abundant with natural antiseptic fatty acids, and papaya fruit extract to gently remove impurities without drying sensitive skin.

This stuff is wonderful for all ages. I started using it just around my entire eye... and now I use it all over my face. You never know where those lines / wrinkles are looking to appear. I use both the day and night solution. I have also used the face wash and microdermabrasion cream and those are both terrific.

*Think of it as a veil of defense. With an SPF of 25, this innovative product helps prevent sun damage such as lines and discoloration before they occur by blocking damaging UVA/UVB rays. A calming peptide helps relax expression lines.

Fresh has to DIE FOR products. I love them all but they are pretty $$$. I asked for this Rose Water for Christmas and my lovely sister got it for me. :) I use it every day for hydration and I can truly tell a difference.

*ROSE MARIGOLD FLORAL WATER delivers instantly hydrating and toning mists of pure and active rosewater. This gentle floral water hydrates the skin for a plump and toned complexion. The natural aromatic experience adds a mood-enhancing dimension. Ideal to re-hydrate the skin throughout the day, set makeup and to calm and soothe.

4. Moroccan Oil

LIFE SAVER. I basically soak my hair in this stuff after showering. I would use all their products if they weren't so dang $$$$$$.

This is a new product I have been using. I am SO happy that L'Oreal has come out with a Sulfate Free line. I use the Shampoo & Conditioner too. It's cheap and it's SO GREAT. Sulfate Free is THE WAY TO GO. I got mine at Target. They even sell L'Oreal Argan Oil. I usually spend way too much on my shampoo... not any more. :)

Easy Breezy..... Even if you don't have super wavy or curly hair - I imagine this stuff would still add texture :) It's wonderful.

My hair dresser puts this dreamy stuff in my hair and I finally caved and bought it last time. It's addicting. I put it in my hair even if I'm not blow - drying it. It smells so good too!!

Since I started juicing / eating more veggies / fruits and less meat / Diet Dr. Pepper / coffee, I have been looking for other things that will improve my health and skin. I put 2 scoops of this powder in a water bottle before I leave for work and I drink it all day long. It gives me energy and it forces me drink water. I just keep refilling my bottle and the powder lasts all day. It's a great alternative to coffee and it keeps your tummy satisfied. * Not a meal replacement.

I splash about 2 tablespoons of this in my "Green Superfood" drink, twice a day. Aloe Vera is great for you - Digestive Health, Immune System Strength, Antioxidant Support, Nitrate Reduction Support, Absorption/Bioavailability.

Paraben Free - All Natural - smells amazing - and protects! I use this like lotion.... everyday - even when I'm sitting at my desk all day :(

I hope everyone is preparing for the SUMMER!! I laid out on my lunch break today and almost couldn't get up. I wish I could do that EVERYDAY. :( If anyone has any products they love - tell me about them!! I'm a product junky. Share the wealth. :)

Have a great night!!

  1. Just a little something extra for your hair....
You can put organic coconut oil in your hair at night and sleep in it. Washes out the next day. Coconut oil is the only one that the molecules are small enough to penetrate your hair cuticle. it's very in expensive... you can get it at whole foods. And it makes your hair feel amazing:)
